Ariel Alter currently serves as Assistant General Counsel for Corporate at ITT Inc. since September 2023. Prior to this role, Ariel was Senior Director of Business and Legal Affairs at NBCUniversal from September 2016 to August 2023. Earlier experience includes working as an Associate at Fried Frank from January 2010 to August 2016, and completing externship and summer associate positions at the Legal Aid Society and Fried Frank, as well as Stroock & Stroock & Lavan. In terms of education, Ariel earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Chicago Law School in 2009 and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Michigan in 2005. Additional educational experience includes attendance at Duke University from 2001 to 2002 and graduation from Hopkins School in 2001.
