Candace Kettner

Candace Kettner is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in global talent management and organizational development. Currently serving as the Director of Global Talent Management at ITT Inc., Candace champions talent identification, performance management, and succession management for a worldwide employee base. Previous roles include Director of Talent at The Shyft Group, Global Talent Director at Dayco, and Talent Management Director at Valeo, where Candace focused on enhancing leadership development, employee engagement, and talent strategy.
