Carol Cai

Carol Cai has a strong background in human resources, currently serving as the HR Director for the APAC region at ITT Inc. since January 2019. Prior to this role, Carol expanded responsibilities from HR Director of ITT Motion Technologies in China to include the entire APAC region from October 2017 to December 2018. Carol's experience also includes serving as HR Director for VAST China and Regional HR Director at Krones AG. An extensive tenure at Donaldson spanned from January 2000 to October 2013, culminating in the role of HR Director. Carol holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from the Macau University of Science and Technology, obtained in 2005.
