Chris Sumner

Chris Sumner is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business process improvement and operational excellence. Currently serving as Executive Director of Business Process Improvement at ITT Inc. since January 2020, Chris previously held the role of EMEAI Director of Continuous Improvement at Chromalox from July 2018 to January 2020. Prior to that, Chris worked at ITT from January 2014 to June 2018 as Aftermarket Regional Black Belt for AP & EMEA, overseeing operational excellence across multiple sites. Chris also held various supply chain and quality engineering positions at Flowserve from September 2006 to December 2013, demonstrating strong leadership in supply chain management and quality assurance. Chris holds a Bachelor of Engineering with honors in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Staffordshire.
