Dean Williams

Dean Williams is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in the field, currently serving as the Director of Engineering at VIDAR and ITT Inc. since 2025 and 2022, respectively. Previously, Dean held the position of Global Engineering Manager for Electrical & Instrumentation at ITT Goulds Pumps, where responsibilities included managing a global engineering team and overseeing the development of best practices for electrical engineering across multiple manufacturing sites. Dean's earlier roles include Director of Engineering at Vergason Technology, Inc., and Vice President of Technical Services at EMA of NY Inc., where oversight included project management and operational responsibilities. Dean's career began with technical roles at Carrier Corporation and Service Electronics Inc., alongside valuable experience as a Fire Control Technician in the US Navy Reserves. Education includes study at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, State University of New York at Delhi, and UC San Diego.
