Joe Journick

Joe Journick has extensive experience in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Manager of HRIS at ITT since April 2013, Joe is responsible for overseeing global HRIS systems and processes to ensure data standards and governance. Prior to ITT, Joe worked at WebMD from 2001 to 2013, first as a Corporate Applications Manager, leading a team in HR and financial system upgrades and implementations, and earlier as a Senior HRIS Analyst, where Joe contributed to the integration of applicant-tracking systems post-acquisition. Joe's career began at Sony Electronics, where Joe served as a Lead Technical Analyst, managing maintenance and programming for financial reporting systems. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Marist University, earned in 1995.
