Maricia Remaley

Maricia Remaley has extensive experience in human resources, holding various leadership roles throughout their career. Maricia is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at ITT Inc. Starting in 2023.

Prior to this, they worked at Alcon, where they held multiple positions. From 2014 to 2023, they served as the Global Head of HR Manufacturing, where they supported manufacturing facilities worldwide and led a team of HR professionals. Maricia also served as the Head of HR for North America Commercial and the Senior HR Director for the Americas, overseeing HR operations in the US, Canada, and LATAM. In addition, they worked as a Human Resources Director, supporting a manufacturing site with over 1000 associates.

Before joining Alcon, Maricia worked at PepsiCo - Frito Lay. Maricia held the role of Human Resources Director for the Texas/Oklahoma Region Sales and Distribution Centers, where they developed and executed HR strategies. Maricia also served as the Senior HR Manager for the largest Frito Lay Manufacturing facility in North America and as a Senior HR Manager in the corporate office.

Overall, Maricia Remaley has a strong background in HR leadership, talent management, change management, and employee relations.

Maricia Remaley obtained a Masters degree in Human Resources Management from Mercy University, where they studied from 1996 to 1998. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelors degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing at Universidad de Puerto Rico. In terms of additional certifications, Maricia obtained the following:

- In July 2021, they completed the "Strategic Business Partner" program from the Josh Bersin Academy.

- Additionally, in July 2021, they also completed "The Strategic HR Business Partner Program" from the Josh Bersin Academy.

- In March 2022, they obtained certification in the "Hispanic & Latino Executive Leadership Program" from McKinsey & Company.

- Lastly, in May 2023, Maricia obtained a certification in "Giving and Receiving Feedback" from LinkedIn.
