Paul L. is an experienced executive with a strong background in product management and engineering across the energy and aftermarket sectors. Currently serving as the Executive Director for Product Management & Green Energy at ITT Inc. since September 2023, Paul has previously held key leadership roles at ITT PRO Services and ITT Goulds Pumps, where responsibilities included overseeing aftermarket operations and marketing. Paul also has experience as the Global Business Unit Head at Ruhrpumpen and has held various engineering and managerial positions at FMC Technologies and Weir Pumps Ltd. Paul possesses a Master's in Business Administration from Strathclyde Business School and a First-Class Master's in Mechanical Engineering with Financial Management from the University of Strathclyde, along with Chartered Engineer status from the Institution of Mechanical Engineers.
