Ray Brady is an accomplished tax professional with extensive experience in international tax compliance and provision. Currently serving as Executive Director of International Tax at ITT Inc. since September 2010, Ray oversees US international tax compliance, ASC740/UTP/ETR for foreign entities, and provides cross-functional leadership on European financing structures. Prior roles include Manager of Tax Accounting at AIG, where responsibilities encompassed LATAM and US consolidation for Global P&C Insurance Operations, and Manager of the US International Tax Group. Previously, Ray held positions as Vice President of Global Tax at Merrill Lynch & Co. Inc., Vice President of Corporate Tax at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc., and Tax Specialist at KPMG Peat Marwick. Ray earned a BS in Finance and Economics from Fordham University in 1990.
