Rita Lane

Rita Lane is an accomplished professional in configuration management with extensive experience spanning several decades. At L3Harris Technologies since June 2018, Rita holds the position of Associate Manager, Configuration Management, demonstrating strong project management skills and managing complex initiatives with oversight. Previously, Rita worked at ITT / Exelis / Harris Corporation beginning in May 2013, focusing on software configuration management including configuration identification and control, while also serving as a Software Configuration Manager and Group Leader, acting as a representative and advocate for employees. Rita's career commenced at ITT in June 1986 in hardware configuration management, where responsibilities included developing and maintaining comprehensive configuration management operations. Rita's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Indiana Wesleyan and a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Indiana Institute of Technology.
