Sarah Paschal

Sarah Paschal is a Talent/Human Capital Analyst at ITT Inc., a position held since June 2023. Previously, Sarah served as a Software Engineer with the UNC Computational Robotics Research Group from January to May 2023, contributing to an application framework for robotics concepts. In the summer of 2022, Sarah was an HR Data Analytics Intern at ITT Inc., where responsibilities included analyzing HR data to support talent acquisition strategies. Prior experience includes working as an Office Assistant at Carolina Housing from July 2020 to May 2022, managing administrative tasks and assisting residents. Sarah holds a bachelor's degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, obtained in May 2023, and a high school diploma from North Moore High School, completed in June 2019. Sarah also attended Sandhills Community College from August 2017 to May 2019.
