Shu Wang is a seasoned consultant and enabler for change with extensive experience in management consulting. They hold a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Rice University and have worked in various roles, including as a Senior Consultant and later Principal at Korn Ferry. Currently, Shu serves as the Director of Talent & Development for APAC at ITT Inc. Their expertise includes organizational development, leadership development, and executive assessment.
