Stefano Barale

Stefano Barale is an accomplished Energy and Sustainability Project Manager at ITT Inc. since April 2018, focusing on customer engagement in sustainability initiatives and supporting the company's transition to a sustainable future. Previously held roles include High Performance Vehicles Project Manager, where responsibilities encompassed collaboration with Mercedes-AMG GmbH and managing internal teams, and NVH Engineer in the R&D department, emphasizing product development and innovative technologies. Additional experience includes serving as a Referee for Associazione Italiana Arbitri, and working as a Plant Process Engineer and Energy Manager Support in other organizations. Stefano holds a Master's degree in Energy and Nuclear Engineering from Politecnico di Torino, a Post-Graduated Master in Innovation Management and Industrialization from SAA - School of Management, and a Bachelor's degree in Energy Engineering. Additionally, Stefano completed sommelier training at the Associazione Italiana Sommelier.
