Sylvain Boite

Sylvain Boite is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and quality development across various industries. Currently serving as the Manager of Supply Chain Excellence at ITT Industrial Process since October 2024, Sylvain previously held multiple roles at ITT Inc. from 2013, including Sr. Supplier Quality Development Manager and Global OPEX Manager for EMEA & APAC. Prior experience includes senior positions at Flowserve Corporation, where responsibilities included managing supplier quality development across multiple European sites, and technical and managerial roles at Maurice LEGO, Mecachrome, and APM Group, focusing on foundry operations and automotive component development. Sylvain's career began at Snecma as a FEM calculation engineer, contributing to innovations in foundry and mechanical structures. Educationally, Sylvain holds a BTS CPI degree from EPDI.
