Wanglin Rao

Wanglin (Will) Rao is currently the Assistant General Counsel for Corporate at ITT Inc. After earning a summa cum laude Bachelor's Degree in Law from Sichuan University, Wanglin continued their legal studies at the University of Arizona, where they obtained a J.D. and made the Dean’s List. With experience as an associate attorney at firms including Sichenzia Ross Ference LLP, Pryor Cashman, and Hogan Lovells, Wanglin specialized in corporate and securities law, capital markets, and public company advisory. They have received notable recognitions such as being named a "One to Watch" by Best Lawyers in America and a "Super Lawyer New York Metro Rising Star" by Thomson Reuters. Wanglin also served as a Legal Writing Teaching Fellow at the University of Arizona, mentoring first-year law students.
