Heather C. is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at ITU AbsorbTech since August 2017, Heather previously held significant positions at MISUMI USA, where responsibilities included Associate Director and Senior Manager of Human Resources and Administration. Prior experience includes HR Manager at CMIC, Inc., Human Resources Manager at Takenaka Corporation (USA), and roles at the Japanese Ministry of Education and CSMG Sports. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Illinois State University, a Master’s in Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University, and a Diploma in International Studies from Kansai Gaidai University.
