Lis Witte is a partner at Organisationsterapi since May 2022, collaborating with Kristian Ring in organization therapy and complex IT projects. As the CEO, co-founder, and partner of Humade ApS since July 2012, Lis specializes in digital strategies and project implementation through agile methods, focusing on user involvement and effective communication between stakeholders. Additionally, Lis serves as an external lecturer in Design Driven Innovation at the IT University of Copenhagen and holds a chair position on the board of deemly. Previous roles include co-founding Humade A/S, working as a special consultant for the Danish Agency for Governmental Management and the Ministry of Finance, and project leadership for the ABT-fonden and NemKonto systems. Lis Witte holds a Master’s Degree in Information Studies from Aarhus University and has a strong background in digitalization and user-centric IT solutions.
