Patrick Bahr

Patrick Bahr is an accomplished academic with extensive experience in computer science, currently serving as Head of Study Programme for the MSc in Software Design at the IT University of Copenhagen since August 2015. Previously, Patrick held positions as Associate Professor, Assistant Professor, and Postdoc at the University of Copenhagen from November 2009 to July 2015, where involvement included research on the '3rd Generation ERP' project and supervision of student projects. Patrick's research background includes multiple visiting researcher roles at prestigious institutions such as Utrecht University, The University of Nottingham, and NICTA, focusing on areas such as compiler verification and infinitary rewriting. Education includes a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Copenhagen and multiple master's degrees in Computational Logic from Dresden University of Technology and Vienna University of Technology. Patrick has also contributed to teaching as a teaching assistant and programmer at various universities and organizations.
