Sofie Spies is currently the Treasurer and Board Member of the Student Council at IT-University of Copenhagen, managing the Student Activity Fund and promoting an inclusive environment. In addition, Sofie serves as a Teaching Assistant for various IT courses at the university, contributing to the academic development of students. With extensive experience from Sticks'n'Sushi as a server, bartender, and responsible for training new members, Sofie also held a role at Ørestad Gymnasium as a Communication Employee and Digital Project Manager, where a digital transformation was led to enhance online presence and community engagement amidst the challenges of COVID-19. Sofie is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Global Business Informatics at IT-Universitetet i København, expected to be completed in 2025.
