Allie Chapman is an accomplished professional with over 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment strategy, learning and development, and people operations, primarily in education and technology sectors. They have held roles such as Senior Manager of Recruitment and People at Fullmind, and National Recruitment Manager at IDEA Public Schools, among various consulting positions. A recent MBA graduate from Emory University's Goizueta Business School, they specialized in marketing and leadership, further building on their Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Auburn University. Allie is also a proud alum of Teach For America.
