Ann Cook

Ann Cook has extensive experience in the media and communications industry, currently serving as the Director of Interactive, Customer and Viewer Services at ITV since November 2005, alongside the role of Managing Director of ITL. Prior to this, Ann was a Non Executive Director at the Phone-paid Services Authority from 2008 to December 2022, engaging in regulatory oversight for content and services charged to phone bills. Ann's past roles also include Director of Client Relations at Associated Press, Managing Director of the International Division at Frank N. Magid Associates, Director of Marketing at Granada Sky Broadcasting, and Head of Marketing & PR at The Children's Channel.
