Bea Ballard is a seasoned television executive and creative leader with extensive experience in production and development. As CEO and Creative Director of Unlimited Dreams since January 2013, Bea has driven innovative projects. Holding the roles of Co-Owner and Literary Executor at J.G. Ballard Estate since April 2009, Bea manages literary and film endeavors in collaboration with prominent agencies. In addition, Bea serves as Executive Producer of The Jonathan Ross Show at ITV since July 2013, successfully revitalizing the program and doubling its ratings. Previously, Bea was CEO of 10 Star Media from 2009 to 2012, where production achievements included prime time commissions for ITV. From 2003 to 2008, Bea led a large department at BBC as Creative Head of Entertainment Events, overseeing productions and managing both creative and business aspects.
