Chloe Payne

Chloe Payne is the Head of Group Organisation Design and Development at ITV, where they focus on organisational design, change management, and stakeholder engagement. Previously, they held the role of Organisational Reform Manager at the Rural Payments Agency, leading significant reforms in response to the UK's EU departure. Chloe has also served as a Business Change Lead at Cancer Research UK, managing a multi-million pound CRM programme and supporting talent development initiatives. They possess extensive experience in project management and have worked in politically sensitive environments, demonstrating strong abilities in communication and negotiation. Chloe earned a BA in Geography and an MA in International Development and Gender from the University of Leeds.
