Prior experience at Unilever spanned various positions, including Global Controls Excellence Manager and European Business Risk & Control Manager, focusing on standardized finance risks and control implementations, budgeting, and process improvements. Deborah holds a BA Hons in Financial Services and Information Technology from the University of Gloucestershire.
