Ed Cotton

Ed Cotton is the Head of Corporate Compliance at ITV, where they oversee compliance initiatives. They have extensive experience in legal roles, having served as Senior Legal Counsel at both WPP and GroupM, with a focus on risk management, compliance, and internal investigations. Prior to that, Ed held various positions including Senior Associate at Clyde & Co LLP and Associate at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP, where they advised on commercial disputes and regulatory investigations. Ed earned a BA (Hons) in Modern Languages from the University of Oxford and a Graduate Diploma in Law from Nottingham Law School.
