Gregory Hoare

Gregory Hoare is a seasoned Political Reporter at ITV since November 2014, covering significant political events for viewers in the south of Scotland and contributing to various news programmes. Hoare's experience includes roles as an On Screen Journalist, where story creation and editing were key responsibilities, and as a Production Journalist, focusing on scriptwriting and footage editing. Prior experience includes volunteering as a Gateway Assessor at Citizens Advice, working as a Junior Copywriter at Stratton Craig, and participating in internships at BBC Storyville and Granta Books. Hoare also has a solid academic background with degrees in English Literature and Broadcast Journalism, and is currently pursuing an LLM in International Human Rights Law and Development at the University of Bradford.
