Jack Henderson

Jack Henderson is a seasoned finance professional with extensive commercial experience and a strong background in mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as a Senior Group Finance Manager at ITV since 2022, Jack previously held key finance roles at Inmarsat, where responsibilities included financial reporting and M&A partnership, and at Sky, where Jack focused on management accounting and financial leadership. Jack began their career at EY, specializing in transaction advisory services and valuations. Jack is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Birmingham.
