Jane Wroe

Jane Wroe is an experienced HR professional with a tenure at ITV since August 2009, currently serving as the HR Director for Corporate Services. In this role, Wroe acts as an HR Business Partner for ITV Management Board Members across various corporate functions, leads HR Operations and Services teams, and sponsors HR and Change & Comms workstreams for key transformation programs. Previously, Wroe held roles as Head of HR in Central Services and Head of HR Operations, focusing on designing and implementing HR policies and procedures while ensuring compliance and efficient administration throughout the employee lifecycle.
