Joanna O'Sullivan

Joanna O'Sullivan is a seasoned professional in media policy and regulatory affairs, currently serving as the Head of Media Policy & Regulatory Affairs at ITV and as Director at the Association of Commercial Television in Europe (ACT) since March 2020. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Policy Advisor at BBC from September 2017 to March 2020, where Joanna played a key role in transitioning the organization to a new regulatory regime. Joanna also worked as Assistant Project Director at the Competition and Markets Authority and held various positions at Fingleton Associates, Sky, and Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP, specializing in competition and regulatory law. Joanna holds an MA in Law from the University of Cambridge and a BSc (Hons) in Economics from Penn State University’s Schreyer Honors College.
