Kaitlyn Shields

Kaitlyn Shields is an experienced media professional currently serving as an Associate Field Producer for "The First 48" on A&E at ITV, where responsibilities include managing the local production office and collaborating with field producers on all aspects of production. Previously, Kaitlyn worked as a Social Media Producer for Trinity Broadcasting Network, creating content aligned with ministry goals. Additional experience includes a role as a Producer at The Brand Leader™, where project management and multimedia content creation were key responsibilities, and as a Project Manager at RingoFire, overseeing marketing projects and ensuring profitability. As an Account Manager at Proximo Marketing Strategies, Kaitlyn fostered client relationships and managed digital marketing strategies. Kaitlyn also served as Creative Arts & Social Media Director at Cornerstone Fellowship Church, where significant contributions to creative content were made. Kaitlyn holds a bachelor's degree in Digital Communication and Media with a concentration in Video from Liberty University.
