Kate Waters

Kate Waters currently serves as the Director of Client Strategy and Commercial Marketing at ITV, where oversight includes a team of client strategists, measurement innovation, commercial marketing, and pitch development. In addition, Kate holds the position of Chair at Hark, an award-winning social impact consultancy, providing strategic guidance to help connect leading brands with young audiences. Previously, Kate was President of WACL, and as Chief Strategy Officer and Founder at Now Advertising, played a pivotal role in client strategy for notable brands. Other significant roles include Director at Blue Rubicon, Planning Partner at Partners Andrews Aldridge, and Planning Director at Euro RSCG. Kate's educational background includes a BA in Philosophy and Psychology from New College, Oxford.
