Marc Baker is an experienced Floor Manager and producer with a diverse background in television and event production, spanning several prestigious companies since 1992. Currently working for ITV and BBC since 1997, Baker has managed live shows such as "The X Factor," "Britain's Got Talent," and "Doctor Who Live." Additional roles include contributions to Netflix, The CW Network, and Sky, as well as serving as a Multi-Camera Director for BAFTA. Previously, Baker held significant roles at the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, overseeing talent for multiple Academy Awards.
