Matt Beer

Matt Beer has extensive experience in reward management, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Group Reward Director at ITV since October 2006, Matt has held various roles within the company, including Head of Reward, Reward Business Partner, and Compensation & Benefits Adviser. Prior to ITV, Matt worked at Orange as Group Reward Adviser and HR Administrator from November 2001 to September 2006. Matt's career began at Accenture, where responsibilities included HR Administration in a joint venture between BT and Accenture from June 2000 to October 2001. Matt holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in French Studies from The University of Manchester, completed between 1996 and 2000.
