Phil Poole is the Head of Agile Coaches & Transformation who specializes in organizational and leadership development, driving purpose-led transformations. They have a strong background in agile coaching, product management, and strategic facilitation, having worked with notable organizations such as the BBC, ITV, and the British Museum. Phil previously served in various roles including Developer and Technical Architect, eventually becoming the Head of Agile & Organisational Development at Blacklane GmbH, where they significantly improved team performance and delivery. They hold a 2:1 MEng in Computer Systems Engineering from the University of Warwick and continue to coach global startups and scale-ups in agile transformation.
