Thomas Milne

Head Of Insights (streaming)

Thomas Milne is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in analytics and data management within the media and finance sectors. Currently serving as Head of Insights for ITV's streaming service, ITVX, since April 2024, Thomas leads a cross-functional team focused on delivering actionable insights and managing data products. Previously, Thomas held the role of Director of Analytics at Paramount International, where support for Pluto TV was provided through the management of global data initiatives. Earlier positions include Senior Manager of Analytics at Channel 4, where Thomas established a multi-channel measurement framework, and roles at Deloitte, City University London, and HSBC that encompass diverse experiences in data analysis, teaching, and business management. Thomas holds an MSc in Analytics from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science with Artificial Intelligence from City St George’s, University of London.
