Trudy Sharam

Trudy Sharam has extensive experience in portfolio and project management within the streaming industry, currently serving as the Head of Portfolio & Delivery for Streaming at ITV since April 2008. In this role, Trudy leads and manages the streaming portfolio, PMO, and agile delivery teams. Previously, Trudy held the position of Head of Portfolio Management, where successful technical delivery of ITVX was accomplished in 10 months, coordinating over 200 individuals across various teams. Other notable roles include Lead Project Manager for ITV's direct-to-consumer projects, where the BritBox service was delivered within 9 months, and Project Manager for Online & Interactive technology. Prior to ITV, Trudy worked in various technology and corporate procurement roles at companies such as DHL, Xchanging, and Computacenter. Trudy holds a BA Hons degree in Business from the University of the West of England, obtained between 1993 and 1997.
