Fabio Lima is an experienced software professional with a diverse background in development and technical leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Developer at it|venture since February 2020, Fabio has held various roles including Full Stack Engineer at Findmore Consulting, S.A. and System Analyst at NT4Solutions. Fabio previously worked at Avanade as an Analyst System and Senior Software Engineer, where responsibilities included leading technical support for BTG Pactual Bank and managing projects within high-scale environments. Additional experience includes serving as Scrum Master at Capgemini, senior developer analyst roles at Ciatech Soluções Digitais and Voran Tecnologia, and developing e-Commerce systems at Vertis E-Commerce. Fabio holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from FIAP - Faculdade de Informática e Administração Paulista, awarded in 2013.
