Andrew Ayers is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and military leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at ITW Dynatec since July 1998, Andrew focuses on the design of parts and assemblies based on specifications from various stakeholders and provides guidance to assembly employees. In parallel, Andrew has held the position of Sergeant Major in the US Army since May 1984, overseeing the welfare, training, and readiness of soldiers.
