Andrew Ayers

Andrew Ayers is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and military leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at ITW Dynatec since July 1998, Andrew focuses on the design of parts and assemblies based on specifications from various stakeholders and provides guidance to assembly employees. In parallel, Andrew has held the position of Sergeant Major in the US Army since May 1984, overseeing the welfare, training, and readiness of soldiers. Previous roles include Mechanical Engineer at Continental Vinyl Products Company, where Andrew designed fabrication machinery and implemented training and quality control programs, and Machinist/CNC Programmer at Nashville Machine Company, where Andrew operated CNC equipment. Andrew holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from National University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical/Welding Engineering Technology from Excelsior College.
