Shearin Mike

Shearin Mike is an experienced plant manager with a strong background in operations management, currently serving as Plant Manager at ITW Paslode since September 2022. Prior to this role, Shearin held similar positions at Colson Group USA and RPP Products, Inc., demonstrating expertise in overseeing manufacturing processes and personnel management. Shearin's career began with Berry Global, Inc., where various managerial roles encompassed production, warehouse, and environmental health and safety management. Additionally, Shearin has military experience as NCOIC Mobility in the United States Air Force. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Health and Safety from Columbia Southern University and a Technical degree in Air Frame & Power Plant from the Community College of the Air Force.
