Mark Alfons

Mark Alfons has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Mark worked as a Senior Software Engineer at ITWorx from September 2009. In 2016, they joined Iskraemeco as a Development Team Lead. Later, in December 2017, they became a Project Manager at Valeo, where they managed multiple projects concurrently, set software project plans, and identified risks. Mark was promoted to Senior Project Manager in March 2019. Currently, since May 2021, they hold the position of Service Delivery Manager at Valeo. In this role, they are responsible for project accountability, monitoring project milestones and budget, and ensuring compliance with IS standards and security. Mark also handles customer/project escalations and manages the budget.
