Heather Alexander

Heather Alexander is an experienced operations and delivery team manager currently serving at ITX Corp. since December 2018, following the acquisition of New Medio, where Heather worked as an HR Manager and Account Executive from May 2016 to December 2018. Prior experience includes a role as Divisional Training Manager at Advance America from November 2010 to May 2016, where responsibilities encompassed training and customer-facing duties related to financial products. Heather holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and Business, as well as Psychology, from Northeastern State University, along with an Associate of Arts degree in Psychology from Tulsa Community College.
