Lisa Young is a seasoned IT professional with over three decades of experience in building teams, optimizing processes, and delivering innovative solutions. Currently serving as the Director of Process and Compliance at ITX Corp., they focus on creating scalable frameworks to enhance efficiency and quality. Previously, they held various leadership roles within ITX Corp., including Vice President of Delivery and Director of Program Management, and were a member of the Board of Directors. Lisa also gained managerial experience in change management at Paychex. They are currently pursuing education at the Heroic Coach Program, set to conclude in 2024.
