Mimi

Mimi Ace is a Senior Product Designer at ITX Corp., with a diverse background in design and education. Since June 2017, Mimi has advanced from Interaction Design Intern to Senior Product Designer. Additionally, Mimi served as an Adjunct Professor at the Rochester Institute of Technology from August 2022 to June 2023, teaching courses in the Graphic Design program. Previous roles include Food Blogger at Daughter of Seitan, where original vegan recipes and blog content were developed, and Designer at Golisano College of Computing and Information Sciences, focusing on design consistency and digital asset management. Other experience includes working as a Design Intern at Gupta Media, a UI/UX Designer and Illustrator at Lost and Found, and a Creative Intern at Butler/Till.
