Torsten Hesse

Torsten Hesse has a diverse professional background with significant experience in various roles within governmental and publishing organizations. Hesse served as a Referent and subsequently as a Referatsleiter at the Bundesamt für zentrale Dienste und offene Vermögensfragen (BADV) from March 2006 to September 2010. Prior to that, Hesse worked as a Redakteur at SIS Verlag from April 2004 to February 2006. Most recently, from January 2017 to October 2020, Hesse held the positions of Referatsleiter and Abteilungsleiter at ITZBund.
