ITZI prioritizes understanding customers' brand to design and communicate strategies that best fit their needs. ITZI communication includes data analysis and a 360 degree view for its customers on monitoring the latter to provide the best services.

The company’s distribution sector distributes brands to different retailers. This includes both Italian and international brands who are looking to increase their presence in the market. ITZI’s two main distribution focuses include Apricot Beauty and Vivaoidays, two beauty brands offering unique solutions to consumers interested in beauty and wellness. ITZI helps to support these brands with any and all requests, including but not limited to digital product upload, content production, social media promotion and management, digital strategy, and increased speed of supply.

The ITZI retail space includes both the ITZI Hub as well as ITZI temporary. The Hub section of the storefront allows customers to browse through the stories of different products. The temporary section of the store acts as a “pop-up”, giving space to brands that allows for testing of the product over an extended, but non-permanent sales period.
