Alex Caicics is a strategic communications and ESG professional with over 20 years of international experience. They served as Executive Board member and Finance Director at AIESEC LC Moscow from 2002 to 2005 and later worked as a Business Journalist at Mergermarket Group from 2008 to 2011. Alex held various leadership roles, including Account Director at Mikhailov & Partners and Director of Strategic Communications at FTI Consulting, before becoming Head of ESG Communications at POLYUS from 2019 to 2022.
