Radu Achitei is the Director of Environment Health and Safety at IULIUS, where they drive compliance and risk management with a focus on establishing EHS standards across the organization. With over a decade of experience, Radu has previously managed global EHS initiatives at Amazon, overseeing audits and multimillion-dollar budgets while fostering business continuity through crisis management. Their earlier roles included Health and Safety Manager at Amazon in Romania and Private Fire Prevention Department Manager at IULIUS, where they implemented safety procedures and trained employees on emergency response. Radu holds a Master's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Universitatea „Alexandru Ioan Cuza” din Iași.
