Marion Effing

Marion Effing is currently the Leitung Standortmanagement at IUNworld since 2022 and has been a Dozentin at Universität Kassel since 2025, teaching a module on customer orientation and administrative marketing. Marion also holds a Doctor of Business Administration from TRIAGON Academy and is pursuing a Dr. rer. soc. oec. at Hochschulinstitut Schaffhausen. Previously, Marion served in various academic and leadership roles, including as Geschäftsführerin at Haus Bürgel Betriebs gGmbH and as a Dozentin at Hochschule für angewandtes Management. Marion’s early career included a role as Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger at Klinikum Stuttgart from 2005 to 2011.
