John Kenyon

John Kenyon is an experienced strategic research professional with a robust background in labor, policy, environmental, and political campaigns. Currently serving as Strategic Research Coordinator for the International Union of Painters and Allied Trades since September 2024, Kenyon has previously held significant roles such as Research Director at SEIU Local 1 and Consultant in self-employment. Prior positions include Strategic Research Manager at the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers and Senior Strategic Analyst at the American Federation of State County and Municipal Employees union, along with earlier roles in research and analysis at organizations like the United Food and Commercial Workers International Union and AFL-CIO. Kenyon earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Resource Management from Penn State University in 1997.
