Ognjen Ridic

Prof. Dr. Ognjen Ridic is currently a Professor in Management at the International University of Sarajevo (IUS), where they have been involved in academia since 2014. They previously held titles as Assistant Professor and Associate Professor at IUS. Ognjen completed a Ph.D. in Economics and Management at Univerzitet u Zenici and obtained both a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Finance and Business Finance, along with a Master's degree in Management and Organizational Leadership from various universities. Their academic interests include Management, Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, and Managerial Psychology, among other topics.
